The Secret to the Perfect Crunch: Forget flour-heavy pancakes! We will teach you the traditional method of grating fresh potatoes to create a 100% Potato Pancake that is incredibly crispy on the outside and wonderfully chewy on the inside. It’s naturally gluten-free and packed with flavor.
The Magic of Makgeolli Pairing: In Korea, pancakes and noodles are the inseparable companions of Makgeolli. You will learn about the history of this creamy, sparkling rice wine and how to enjoy it using traditional brass bowls. We provide a curated tasting to complement the meal you’ve just created.
