· 예약 확정 후에는 담당 가이드가 배정되므로 아래 기준에 따라 취소 수수료가 발생합니다.

· 예약 확정 후 취소 시 계약금 30% 환불 불가 

· 투어 3일 전 취소 시 총 결제금액의 50% 환불

· 투어 2일 전 취소 시 총 결제금액의 30% 환불

· 투어일 기준 24시간 이내 취소 시 환불 불가 (취소 수수료 100%)
